For repairs please contact us in advance for repair authorization number. All items being sent to us for return must be shipped with signature authorization from the shipping carrier. Repairs will be made after the 2 week free return period at a fee of no less than $10.00. You will be contacted with an itemized estimate for your approval before any repairs are made. We will ship the item back to you for free in the (usa only for free shipping), upon receipt of payment for repairs.
